The Department of Development, Territorial Coordination and Housing, through the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia (APPA),<\/a> has awarded Pandora Global the development and implementation of a new integrated management system that will modernize the operations of 19 directly managed ports, 12 fishing facilities and indirect management concessions. The project, promoted by the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, is part of its modernization and digital transformation plan, with the aim of improving the efficiency of public services, simplifying daily management and offering a more agile, connected and user-centric experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technological solution developed by Pandora Global adapts to the diversity of the Andalusian port system, in which marinas, fishing and commercial ports coexist, each with different operational needs and specific administrative realities. The new system is conceived as a scalable platform, interoperable and integrable with other tools of the port ecosystem, allowing progress towards a smart port model, automated and prepared for full traceability of information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the biggest challenges of the project lies precisely in its multi-user and multi-activity approach. \"We are not talking about a single port model, but about multiple types, activities and user flows. Our system is prepared to adapt to this complexity, offer intelligent management and easily scale according to the needs of each environment,\" Pandora points out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to improving internal management, the project marks a significant step towards a more connected experience for nautical users. The integration of functionalities such as the digital guidance to the mooring<\/strong><\/a> or the possibility of having a unified digital identification<\/strong> will allow navigators to move between ports more comfortably, reducing procedures and gaining in efficiency. All this with the aim of offering a more fluid and coordinated experience along the entire Andalusian coastline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 220 ports and 100,000 moorings managed in Spain and Portugal, Pandora Global <\/a> consolidates with this contract its role as one of the main references in digital transformation of the nautical sector. The company has worked over the last few years in a collaborative model with ports and yacht clubs that has allowed it to directly understand the real casuistry of port environments, building technological solutions that balance operational efficiency and user experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
