Which port devices are compatible with Pandora P4?
For the entire port team. Management gains a comprehensive overview and dashboards; administration and reception, with each department connected; operations and the crew; real-time dock data accessible via mobile; and the finance department, with financial activity linked to operations.
How do payments work with Pandora Payments?
It is the payment layer integrated into the platform: it allows you to collect installments, invoices, maintenance fees, and service charges directly from the system, with tracking, bank reconciliation, and traceability for each payment.
Does the Pandora P4 integrate with other port systems?
Yes. It exposes its capabilities through REST APIs documented according to the OpenAPI standard, so that third-party applications can connect using standard interfaces, without the need for custom development each time.
What is Portview, and what can users do with the app?
Portview is the Pandora P4 mobile app, which connects the port with the boater. Through the app, boaters can manage berth reservations, send documentation before arrival, view and pay bills and services, communicate with the marina, and receive turn-by-turn directions to their berth. Everything the user does is linked to Pandora Pro, so any actions initiated by the user are sent directly to the marina staff.
